mstoto implements mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You will be required to submit the following documents for verification: a clear, legible copy or photo of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP) showing all four corners and readable text; proof of address dated within the last three months such as utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence; and a selfie photograph holding your KTP next to your face for identity confirmation. Verification is typically completed within 1-24 hours during business days. Your account may have restricted withdrawal privileges until KYC verification is successfully completed. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and any other security credentials. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow others to access your account, use automated login tools or password managers that compromise security, or access your account from public or shared computers without proper security precautions. You must immediately notify mstoto customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, become aware of any security breach, lose access to your registered email or phone number, or suspect fraudulent activity involving your account. You are liable for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you have notified us of a suspected security breach.
mstoto accepts deposits through Indonesian banking channels including bank transfers from BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), and Mandiri, as well as e-wallet transfers from OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Payment methods are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.
Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. You warrant that all funds deposited into your mstoto account are legally yours, have been obtained through lawful means, do not originate from criminal activity or money laundering, and are not being deposited on behalf of third parties. Deposits made from bank accounts or payment methods not registered in your name may be rejected and returned. We reserve the right to request evidence of source of funds at any time, particularly for large or unusual transactions.
To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified (KYC completed), you must meet the minimum wagering requirement of one times (1x) your deposit amount to comply with anti-money laundering regulations, all bonus wagering requirements must be completed or bonuses forfeited, and the withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold of Rp 100,000. Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account registered in your name matching your verified identity documents.
Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 WIB) depending on verification status and amount. Maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 100,000,000. Daily withdrawal limits may apply based on account tier and verification level. We reserve the right to split large withdrawal requests into multiple installments for security purposes, request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals, delay or refuse withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity or terms violations, and reverse withdrawals if we discover regulatory breaches or bonus abuse after processing.
All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives provided by mstoto are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined at the time of the promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be completed before withdrawal, typically ranging from 10x to 30x the bonus amount. Bonus funds are separate from your cash balance and must be used within the specified validity period. Games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements with slots typically contributing 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute 10-50%.
Bonus abuse or fraudulent claiming of promotions is strictly prohibited. Activities constituting bonus abuse include creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements, employing betting strategies designed solely to clear bonus requirements without genuine risk, and providing false information to qualify for bonuses. Detection of bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, potential suspension or termination of your account, and possible legal action.
All bets are subject to the specific rules of each game or betting market. Sports betting results are determined based on official outcomes declared by governing sports bodies. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing agencies. In the event of technical errors, software malfunctions, or obvious display errors, mstoto reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. The following betting practices are strictly prohibited: matched betting or arbitrage betting across different platforms, syndicate betting or organized group betting schemes, use of automated betting software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools, exploiting software errors or game vulnerabilities for unfair advantage, and collusion with other players or dealers to manipulate game outcomes. Violation of these rules will result in voiding of bets, confiscation of winnings, and account termination.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account immediately without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions, provide false or misleading information during registration or verification, engage in fraudulent activities or bonus abuse, participate in money laundering or other illegal activities, violate our responsible gaming policies, or behave abusively toward our staff or other users. Upon termination for cause, we may confiscate account balances and withhold pending withdrawals.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw your entire balance (subject to meeting wagering requirements), forfeit any active bonuses, and complete any pending verification procedures. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24-48 hours.
